Upon closure for breach of these Terms, xp555 may forfeit any balance remaining in the Account. Where an Account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons not attributable to User misconduct, xp555 will endeavour to return any verified real-money balance to the User through an appropriate payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp555 holds its applicable operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Pakistan Users: xp555 does not assert that these Terms override or supersede Pakistani national or provincial law. Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose obligations or prohibitions that are not addressed in these Terms.
